Mother/daughter Vintage Homemaking Skills Workshop
The Heritage Ministry Center will be hosting two more exciting workshops in August, developed with the goal of strengthening family relationships while working together to learn new skills!
Our Mother/Daughter: Vintage Homemaking Skills Workshop will be held August 11-13, 2014 (Monday noon through Wednesday). Mothers and their daughters will have the opportunity to learn old-fashioned homemaking skills such as baking artisan breads, making butter, cheese, yogurt, and kefir, canning, making natural soaps and cleaning products, and beginning sewing, spinning, knitting, and crocheting. Come learn new skills, spend quality time together, and meet and enjoy fellowship with others as well!
The Vintage Homemaking Skills Workshop for Mothers and Daughters will be held August 11 -13, 2014 at the Heritage Ministry Center in Madison, Tennessee (Nashville area). Workshops will start Monday at noon and will run through 4:00 Wednesday afternoon.
The cost for the workshop, including housing and meals is $150 for a mother and a daughter. (Additional daughters may attend for $25 each.) The cost for local drive-in families will be $75 for a mother/daughter, which will include lunch all three days. Additional daughters will be $5 each.
